Information you choose to share

The project form collects your name, email, optional phone, city and province, project type, the existing service you report, project notes and consent. Please omit sensitive personal documents, financial details and information unrelated to the project.

What happens to your inquiry

Your details are sent securely to HAUSE’s intake service, retained in its inquiry database and customer relationship system, and included in an internal email alert to the inquiry owner. HAUSE uses this information to review your project and respond. Submitting a form does not engage an electrician, guarantee service coverage, book work or produce an inspection.

Site and campaign context

The form also sends the page URL, your first landing page, referring page where available, campaign parameters and submission time. These help HAUSE understand the source and context of your inquiry. First-visit context is stored in session storage in your browser until that browser session ends. This site does not install advertising cookies or analytics tags.

Your choices

Phone is optional. Contact info@hause.ca to ask about your inquiry, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further contact. Records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal requirements. No customer confirmation email or newsletter subscription is created by this form.

Links to utilities, governments and other HAUSE websites open resources with their own privacy practices. Local rules, equipment and utility requirements must be confirmed for your property.
